With such an extraordinary purpose, the team at GenOne needed a brand face that speaks for the movement, and an insightful video that makes an impact.
How can we create a brand that attracts and inspires millennials?
Inspired by human identity and emotion, we incorporated the visuals of a human face looking forward into a seemingly ‘larger’ and ‘brighter’ figure of the number 1. By utilising the fact that we can all recognise this human face despite it having no identity or emotional expression, the icon ultimately reveals that above our individual selves and achievements, we are all unified as one. Encompassing the visual simplicity of a brand that millennials are familiar with, Apple, helps provoke a sense of familiarity and recognition in this new brand. Our team then flew over to Sydney to film and produce a video that captured the heart and passion of GenOne founder, Colin Lee, by combining thought-provoking messages and stimulating visuals for the next generation to realise the opportunities of the present and future.
